About Robin Kutkowski

Hello, thanks for visiting! It has been a gift to study the body and work in the wellness industry now for 12 years. It is my intention to serve our community far and wide, and to connect with ancient healing modalities that hold a special place in my heart. In our life we get to take turns giving and receiving and both are so important.

I love to move my body. I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Kaua’i, Hawai’i so growing up close to nature, and exploring our world home is really what helps me feel connected to something bigger.

I have experienced my own pains, traumas, & postural patterns that has left me at times feeling hopeless and frustrated. “Pain is not created, yet revealed” -unknown author. Pain for me was a catalyst to dive deeper into my body and to feel what my body was trying to tell me.

I have studied massage, ongoing for the last 12 years. In 2015, I attended a school for me which was life changing. Pacific Center of Awareness and Bodywork (Kauai, HI), gave me the tools to effectively work with the body, the fascia, and the subtle flow of energy, to help assimilate a safe healing space to fully relax into. In 2020, I started learning Jap Sen (nerve touch) Thai massage from my teacher Janice Gagnon in Nevada City, CA. This style helps bring in a new sense of wonder in my body. Jap Sen really helps to open up the pathways for circulation and blood flow. It is dynamic and truly healing. It is important to me to continue my education and refinement with trainings. I hope to become a teacher of massage one day.

I studied esthetics in 2011 at Makana Wellness Academy on Oahu, HI. I am committed to using safe and natural skincare practices as well as effective and organic skincare. Nurturing my clients through these treatments truly lights me up from the inside out.

I am a student and a teacher of yoga. I have been practicing yoga since 2009. In 2012 I attended a power yoga teacher training in Honolulu at Core Power Yoga. Most recently, in 2021, and 2022 I have competed 200 hours of Hatha Yoga training with my incredible teacher Bhavani Maki who has really opened my eyes again to what yoga is and how we can use it to transform our lives. I am committed to teaching safe and informed yoga and yogic philosophy to the best of my knowledge to my students. Yoga is an ongoing process, with no graduation. Yoga has helped me make my life bigger and more meaningful. I have taught on Oahu, Kaua’i, and in Santa cruz, CA.

I love what I do. It is incredible working so closely with people. I have had the honor of helping people step more into who they are and who they want to become. This work humbles me as well as astonishes me. To be able to provide this work, it is essential for me to take excellent care of myself and continue to walk the talk. I am growing more into this practice every day.

Thank you for your interest,

Robin Kutkowski
