Deep Connective Tissue- as we slow down and sink into the skin, we sink into the tissues and into the fascia, which is connective tissue in the body. Slow,deep, & intentional pressure allows for the body to connect with the brain and the nervous system response to assimilate healing. Similar to sports massage this style is specific, therapeutic, and deeply nourishing. Customized to your body. 60 min $140, 75 min $165, 90 min $180.
Jap Sen Thai massage- “nerve touch” or jap-sen meaning “to grasp” the Sen energy lines. Jap sen is a deep tissue approach that improves joint function and mobility by restructuring and aligning muscles, tendons, and bones and by stimulating pathways in the nervous system. Founded by Lek Chayia in Chaing Mai, Thailand and passed on to my teacher Janice Gagnon. This style is done on a Thai massage mat, on the ground, with loose & comfortable clothing. 60 min $140, 75 min $165, 90 min $180.
Lomi lomi- traditional lomi lomi massage is so rhythmic and relaxing. This style uses long, seamless strokes gliding from one part of the body to the other. This is deeply relaxing, nourishing, and healing. Can create a trance like relaxation experience. Traditionally a truly spiritual experience. Connecting with loving energy this practice helps create Lokahi (balance) in the body. 60 min $130, 75 min $155, 90 min $170.
Prenatal - for the expectant mamas to be. You are set up with extra pillows and bolsters for comfort and to help you relieve some of the tension of creating a living human! Intentional and present always and especially with you and your baby growing inside. 60 min $130, 75 min $155, 90 min $175.
Thai traditional womb lifting massage -
Womblifting is an ancient Thai healing art that involves hot clay pots filled with anti inflammatory herbs & sea salt all wrapped up into a giant compress. The treatment also involves the activization of special acupressure points, and the uterus is manipulated directly with the hands on the abdomen -- there is no internal work. The procedure is used both for post-natal health and for fertility problems, but most of all for overall feminine as well as male health and well-being. Similar techniques are used for prostate problems in men. I received my training in womb-lifting from Traditional Thai Medicine Doctor Homprang Chaleekanha at her school in Chiang Mai, Thailand. 2 - 2.5 hr treatment $225.00 (no discounts available for womblifting)

Lymphatic Massage- full body lymphatic awakening. Starts face down at the feet we use quick, light, feather like strokes to invigorate the lymphatic system. We then turn over and work the front of the body, from the bottom up, and end doing a lymphatic facial massage. Focus on the armpits, chest, & neck. 30 min $55
Foot scrub & reflexology - homemade peppermint and tea tree essential oil sugar scrub exfoliates the feet and lower legs, hot towel removal, reflexology foot massage. $25
